THERE ARE TWO EASY WAYS TO ORDER:

1) Order Personally

For those who prefer special shipping arrangements (see below), or who do not want to register, create an account, and use the shopping cart, orders and inquiries can be made by email (barbara@acstones.com) or by phone: 702-384-4234. If that's your choice you can skip the shopping cart information below and just scroll down to the bottom part of this page to learn about my guarantee, site discounts and shipping options.

2) Use the Shopping Cart

REGISTRATION: The first time you order you'll be asked to "register". The registration process requires only that you submit your billing address and email address (shipping addresses are collected only for orders.) This information will be stored for use each time you order or access your account information. Credit card information is not collected when you register and create your account.

PASSWORD: You will need to create a password for your account. Although any site visitor has anonymous access to all site pages, only registered customers can use the shopping cart, "wish list" and "tell a friend" features of the site. When you proceed to checkout and place an order, your shipping address (if different from the billing address in your registration) will be collected. You'll also have the opportunity to enter any coupon or discount codes that apply to your order. If you ever misplace or forget your password, just click the "Forgot your Password?" link on the Log-in page, and you'll get an immediate email with that information.

"REAL TIME" ORDERS (Credit/Debit cards and PayPal): Credit card and PayPal payments are processed by the ultra-secure Authorize.net system, the largest and most trusted payment "gateway" on the internet. These orders, if successfully submitted, will generate an immediate and automatic confirmation message. Within 24 hours I'll send you another, personal, email with the anticipated shipping date and any other pertinent information. Although your shipping and billing information will be automatically filled in on your order form, you'll need to re-enter your credit card number each time you place an order with ACS. We do not store this information! (The minor inconvenience of re-entering this information is well offset by the increased security of not having your number in a file on a third party computer.)

Shipping and Handling

Shopping Cart Shipping Options:

1) USPS Insured, Priority Mail : This is the standard option and is provided free of charge for all domestic orders.

2) USPS Insured, Registered Mail: Also provided, free of charge, this option is the USPS service recommended for very high value (over $1000) purchases. It is extremely safe, but considerably slower than Priority service: 5-7 days to most destinations.

3) Global Shipping for Addresses Outside of the USA: Standard, free shipping for orders going outside the USA, is USPS International Priority Mail, although other arrangements can be made if requested. This service provides no insurance, but in a decade of use, no packages have gone missing, although some have been slow arriving.

4) USPS Insured, Express Mail: Depending on when your order was received, and your location, overnight service is possible, but not guaranteed. This service is available, but not free of charge. If you need something overnight, or within two business days, choose this shipping option.

Taxes

Orders with billing addresses in Nevada will be charged 7.75% State sales tax. If you have a tax resale number, order personally, as the tax function operates automatically based on the address which is entered.

ACS Guarantee/Returns

All ACS merchandise is 100% satisfaction guaranteed. If anything you've purchased does not meet your expectations or needs, for any reason, simply notify me by email or phone, within 10 days of your receipt. Return the item(s) to the address below, by insured US Mail. Upon receipt of unaltered goods, your purchase price will be promptly and cheerfully refunded.
